Salary: NJC 7 -11 (£26,403 - £28,142 FTE; £19,352 - £20,626 actual salary based on part time hours and term time only) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Contract: Fixed Term for one year until August 31st 2026

We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Lift Brockworth. Within this role, you will provide support to students so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. You will be vital in supporting our students and helping them achieve their potential.
The successful candidate will need to have a resilient and empathetic attitude. We warmly welcome candidates with experience working with children within an educational environment and full training will be provided. This is a part-time, fixed term role until August 31st 2026.
