    Job Title: Teaching Assistant with send support

    Salary: pro rata

    Grade: G5 dependant on qualifications and experience

    30.4 hrs per week plus additional payments for class cover

    (8.45 - 15:20) with 30 minutes lunch break (exact timing to be decided after employment) 38 weeks per year

    Contract Length: Temporary 1 year contract with possibility of leading to permanent

    Start Date: ASAP

    The Quinta Primary School, Congleton, is seeking to appoint a skilled adult with a passion for working with primary age children. The essential requirements are:

    • Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
    • Experience and knowledge of implementing SEND strategies.
    • Child centred approach with strong PACE (Relationship based approach) experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Evidence of building positive relationships with parents, pupils and staff

    Desirable:

    • Experience of class cover
    • Knowledge and working experience with White Rose maths and Read, Write Inc phonics
