    Lift Ashingdon is looking for a caring and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support for a named child with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's learning journey, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

    You will work closely with the class teacher and wider team to provide personalised support, adapt learning activities, and encourage positive engagement in the classroom. We are looking for someone patient, nurturing and proactive, who will contribute positively to our warm and inclusive school community where every child is valued and supported to achieve their best.
