The school governors and Head Teacher of Grosvenor Park C of E Academy wish to appoint a highly motivated and outstanding teaching assistant to join our school
We would like to appoint a passionate, inspirational and highly motivated practitioner to support the teaching and learning at our school. As a teaching assistant at Grosvenor Park you will set high expectations of yourself and the children you work with, ensuring excellent outcomes for all and maintain the schools strong working partnerships with parents and the wider school community. This is an ideal opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to develop their practice as part of a dynamic school.
The ability to collaborate with parents, children and colleagues is essential to the success of this role and it goes without saying strong communication skills are essential. More importantly is the desire to want to see children thrive, to be successful, grow resilience and be prepared for their onward journey to high school and beyond in the next stage of their lives. You will need to be a resilient individual, invested and engaged in the child’s personal development forging a relationships built on trust, honesty and patience.
We are a small team, committed to providing a vibrant and inspiring learning environment for our pupils, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with parents/carers. We feel this role would best suit a teaching assistant who can bring relevant personal experience and interests into the classroom to help enhance our wide range of extracurricular activities. Prior classroom experience is essential.
We feel that this role is not just about qualifications and experience, it is about personal and communication skills, as such the job description will be tailored to the individual.
