The headteacher and governors of Middlewich Primary School are looking for
2 suitable candidates to join our team of teaching assistants to start from the 13th of April 2026 on a temporary maternity contract to 25th March 2027. There may be an opportunity to extend the contract. The hours for the job are 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.
The successful candidates will be highly committed to working closely with class teachers to ensure our pupils achieve their very best. They will be positive and enthusiastic individuals who show care and warmth. They will have excellent communication skills and be flexible in their approach.
Our school places the highest priority on keeping pupils safe and applicants for the post will be subject to stringent vetting procedures. The successful candidates will be expected to undertake an enhanced DBS check prior to commencing the role.
