We are looking for an experienced, skilled and flexible professional to join our friendly team.
Experience of working in the Early Years with children from aged 2 years is essential for this role.
You must have the desire, passion and experience to contribute to outstanding learning environments for all children, particularly in the early years.
The successful applicant must have the following qualities:
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents.
- Be calm, caring and encouraging with our children so they feel safe and secure in your care.
- Use positive behaviour management strategies.
- Be flexible and committed to the school; working as part of a team to provide outstanding provision.
- Be prepared to learn and develop their own skills and understanding of the full Primary School Curriculum from EYFS to Year 6
- Hold at least a level 3 full and relevant early years qualification.
Salary range
- £25,583 per year
