Edleston Primary School is seeking to employ a qualified, experienced, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (G4 G5 may be considered depending on experience) In your application please specify your experience in Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 or both. The role will be mainly focusing on learning support for Maths and English, and working with children in small groups in other curricular areas.
The role is for 32.5 hours per week. 8.00 am to 3.30 pm (39 weeks per year – includes 5 INSET days)

· supporting learners to achieve their full potential

· delivering a programme for the development of social communication and interaction skills
· modifying the curriculum to ensure it is accessible
· monitoring ILP targets
· managing behaviour
· supporting learning in groups
· taking an active role in the life of the school
