The successful candidate will be:

• Confident in numeracy and literacy and, ideally, have GCSE (grade A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths

• Somebody with a growth mindset who is eager to learn and adapt
• Somebody with a Level 3 qualification for an Early Years Practitioner or working towards
