About the role
Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 pro rata (WSCC Grade 3)
Hours: Full-time, typically 8:30am to 3:30pm but flexible working requests are welcomed
Contract: Term-time only, temporary until July 2026 with potential to extend
Start date: ASAP
Additional opportunity: HLTA hours may also be available for suitably qualified candidates
What you'll be doing
As a Teaching Assistant at Castlewood Primary School, you'll play a vital role in supporting our pupils' learning and development. You'll work across Key Stages 1 and 2, providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs and helping our teachers create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
This role includes 1 hour per day as a Midday Meals Supervisor, where you’ll help ensure our pupils are safe, happy and well-supervised during lunchtimes.
