The Governors are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified or relatively experienced Level 2 KS1/KS2 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young learners in their early educational journey.
The successful candidate will:
- Work collaboratively as part of a highly motivated and dedicated team.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum across core subjects including English, Maths, Science, and foundation subjects, with the ability to support and reinforce learning effectively.
- Promote and model good professional practice, maintaining high standards of conduct and contributing positively to the school’s ethos and culture.
- Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills, enabling confident support for pupils’ learning needs and curriculum delivery.
- Have experience in delivering targeted intervention strategies to support pupils who require additional help to achieve their full potential academically.
- Show a strong commitment to supporting pupils’ social and emotional development and promote well-being within the classroom and wider school environment.
- Exhibit excellent organisational skills, managing resources efficiently and providing timely feedback to teaching staff to inform planning and pupil progress.
The successful candidate must be highly committed, flexible, enthusiastic, patient and show great initiative. In addition, be willing and able to make a caring and positive contribution to the class and school. They will be joining a friendly and highly committed team within a happy and successful school.

Salary range
- £17,288 - £17,562 per year
