Full-Time Teaching Assistant

Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.15pm (31.25 hours) – term-time only

Grade 3 – Scale Points 4 - 6

Full Time Equivalent Salary £26,016 - £26,847

Actual salary is £18,796 - £19,397 (£13.48 - £13.92 per hour)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kingsleigh Primary School as a Teaching Assistant to join our team.

This role will involve:

• Working in a year group to support children individual, in small groups or as a whole class
• Delivery of a range of learning under the guidance of the Inclusion team
• Supporting children with learning and break periods both indoors and outdoors

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience of working with children in a school environment.
• Is adaptable and flexible, and willing to do all they can to inspire and engage pupils.
• Is willing to undertake professional development to enable them to meet the needs of every child.
• Will be proud to be a part of our school and will uphold our ethos and values.
• Is enthusiastic about working as part of a team at all levels:year group, phase and school.
• Puts children at the centre of their work.
