Teaching Assistant Level 3

The GoverningBody of this expanding school are looking to appoint well qualified,
highly motivated,enthusiastic and innovative Teaching Assistant to be based at the Solar Campus. The idealcandidate will have a significant impact on learning and will be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

You will:
Be able to support teaching and learning across KS2, 3 and 4 in more than one subject
Be a committed Teaching Assistant and work in line with the schools behaviour regulation system
Be able to modify challenging behaviour in a firm but supportive manner
Be child centred
Be flexible with a good sense of humour
