We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Teaching Assistants (Level 3) to join our brand new, purpose-built primary provision at Elderbrook School.

Starting in Summer Term 2027, this is a unique chance to be part of something special from the very beginning.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children in KS1 and KS2
• Providing in-class support for individual students and small groups
• Creating a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Developing and implementing bespoke interventions for students in partnership with teaching staff

Who are we?

Opened in 2015, Elderbrook School, (formally, Arc School Old Arley) is an independent special day school situated within a rural village near Nuneaton, affording children and young people the opportunity to take part in a range of activities within the local community. The spacious school environment is bright and welcoming with a variety of different learning spaces inside and outside

Our school has a particular focus on taking learning outside the classroom into the grounds and community beyond and working in partnership with other organisations to enrich opportunities for children and young people.

Elderbrook School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
