This role offers a meaningful chance to directly impact children’s lives and be part of a caring, forward-thinking school community.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Holds a Level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in supporting teaching and learning
  • Has experience working with children with additional needs, including communication challenges
  • Understands the primary curriculum and can adapt support to meet diverse pupil needs
  • Works well as part of a team and values collaboration
  • Has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Holds high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour

If you share our commitment to inclusion, respect, and nurturing every child’s potential, you will thrive at Christ Church.

We Offer:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic pupils who are eager to learn.
  • A supportive, caring team of colleagues and governors.
  • A school culture that values professional development and offers opportunities to develop leadership skills.
  • Strong links with the local community and families.
  • A stimulating environment where well-being and the arts are celebrated.
  • Benefits from the Endeavour MAT wellbeing package
