The Head teacher and Governors of Our Lady of Compassion Primary School are seeking to appoint excellent, self-motivated and highly committed Teaching Assistant within our successful primary school.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:
Working with small groups or individual pupils
Assisting the class teacher
Support challenging behaviour
Your flexible assistance will be essential to work with pupils to aid their task, focus and help them to reach their full potential.
The staff work hard to ensure that our school is a very happy, creative and stimulating environment, where children flourish. Pupils love learning through the rich, creative and exciting curriculum, which staff are actively involved in planning and adapting, according to their own interests and needs.
Our Lady of Compassion School is committed to safeguarding, to promoting the welfare of children and adhering to the Equality Act 2010. To comply with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 all prospective employees will be required to supply evidence of eligibility to work in the UK.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and the appointment will be subject to references.
