We would particularly like to hear from staff who have experience of working in a setting to support children with special educational needs or those who may have worked 1:1 with children in mainstream schools and are keen to work in a whole school setting. Equally, we offer high quality training and support for people with the right skills and attitude. We are a very supportive school who are great at talent spotting and noticing people who have the potential to grow in this role.
