Your New Role

In this role you will be providing comprehensive business support to the Integrated Learning Disability Team including administrative and general support to the team. You will be taking calls from a variety of sources both internal and external ensuring these are accurately recorded on the client database, signposting or providing information as necessary. Administrative duties will includetyping and preparing annual reviews, support plans, producing reports, presentations and correspondence, completing data entry and sourcing of data on both the Trust and Social Care's specialist service user databases. In addition, you will ensure service user records are accurate and maintained whilstensuring they meet the needs of statutory reporting. When meetings take place, you will support these by taking minutes. In addition, you will be managing diaries and appointments and undertaking other administrative duties as required.

Who is the person summary

With strong communication, literacy and numeracy you will have strong existing IT skills with significant experience of using Excel, Word and Outlook. With a fast and accurate typing speed and a thorough understanding of data protection, information governance and GDPR You will have patience and empathy and experience of taking telephone calls, recording messages and an understanding of communicating effectively with vulnerable clients. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
