Why Holly House?

Who We’re Looking For:

  • An experienced HLTA or equivalent, committed to high standards in the classroom and beyond.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and develop others.
  • An individual who is ambitious about their own growth and passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
  • Someone who shares our values of respect, inclusion, and positive behaviour support, and is ready to lead on whole-school behaviour practice.

Your Impact:

  • You’ll lead and model best practice in positive behaviour support, attachment, and trauma-informed approaches.
  • You’ll mentor and coach staff, helping to develop skills and confidence across the team.
  • You’ll be a role model, inspiring confidence and resilience in our young people.
  • You’ll be part of a team that’s making a genuine difference, every single day.
