At Peak Dale Primary School, we believe that with mutual respect and togetherness, we are empowered to believe in ourselves and develop our creativity to make a positive impact on the world.
As part of the CREATE Federation, and under the leadership of our Executive Headteacher and Head of School, our purpose is to provide the very best possible education for our children through high-quality training and professional development.
We strive to develop a curriculum rich with challenges and full of opportunities for learners who are happy, engaged, respectful, and supportive of one another.
The CREATE Federation Values Our Federation is built upon a foundation of shared values that guide our schools:
- Collaboration: Our Federation is based on positive relationships and close working across settings. Stakeholders treat each other with respect and work in productive partnership for the greater good of the children.
- Responsibility: A school understands its context better than anybody and should be supported to utilize that knowledge in order to remain improvement-focused. We account for our actions and remain outward-facing.
- Enjoyment & Excitement: Innovation should be at the heart of our practice. We believe that a vibrant, exciting environment fosters a love for learning. 3 Controlled upon completion
- Aspiration: We empower our staff and children to dream big. We set high expectations and provide the support needed to achieve them.
- Togetherness: We are stronger together. Our sense of community ensures that no one works in isolation and every success is shared.
- Empowerment: We provide the tools, trust, and professional autonomy for our staff to lead and for our children to take charge of their own futures.
