Team Leader (Team Manager) BYJS
We are seeking a visionary and resilient Team Leader for our Youth Justice Service to deliver high quality, child first justice interventions.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive operational excellence, lead multi disciplinary teams, and safeguard children while managing public risk.
You will work closely with the Head of Service to shape strategic priorities, strengthen statutory partnerships, have a lead responsibility for improving performance, quality assurance and ensure compliance with Youth Justice Board standards.
