Youâll manage small to medium-scale technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders, youâll oversee planning, risk management, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards.

Please note, this is a hybrid role and there is an expectation to work from County Council offices in Matlock as required to support collaboration and delivery.
đ§ What Youâll Be Doing
- Leading technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Managing project plans, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
- Coordinating with technical specialists to ensure solutions meet business and security requirements.
- Engaging stakeholders across the organisation to maintain clear communication and alignment.
- Driving continuous improvement and promoting best practice in project delivery.
đ€ Who Youâll Work With
- Youâll work with the Technical Project Management team and work closely with the wider Digital Services team.
- Youâll collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, business analysts, and external suppliers.
- Youâll also liaise with departmental managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

- Proven experience in managing technical projects, ideally within a digital or public sector environment.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Confidence in managing competing priorities and delivering results under pressure.

Salary range
- ÂŁ39,865 - ÂŁ43,270 per year
