Temporary Accommodation Officer

What You’ll Do
As a Temporary Accommodation Officer, you’ll play a vital role in:
- Delivering high-quality housing management services to those in temporary accommodation.
- Ensuring safety and compliance across temporary accommodation sites.
- Supporting residents to become tenancy-ready and move towards a secure home.
- Collaborating with housing colleagues, contractors, and external agencies.
- Monitoring repairs, cleanliness, and fire safety standards.
- Engaging residents in shaping future housing services.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in housing, social work, or community care.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and the needs of vulnerable groups.
- A proactive, customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- A full driving licence.
