The Role – Why This is Exciting
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and inspirational teacher to join our team to deliver high-impact interventions across Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6):
- Targeted Support: Deliver bespoke interventions to ensure excellent academic, social, and spiritual outcomes, specifically focusing on accelerating progress and narrowing gaps for pupils in Upper KS2.
- Faith Leadership: Play a key role in developing the Catholic ethos across the school and supporting liturgies, Masses, and faith initiatives.
- Professional Growth: Enjoy a role designed to challenge, inspire, and support your professional growth—this position is a fantastic opportunity for CPD and stepping into leadership.
Who We Are Looking For
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with proven experience and expertise in Upper Key Stage 2.
- A creative and enthusiastic practitioner with a track record of boosting attainment in Year 5 and Year 6.
- Someone passionate about Catholic education, with CCRS or experience in a Catholic school desirable.
- Collaborative, approachable, and motivated to develop colleagues and make a lasting impact on the school.
- Someone eager to grow professionally, take part in leadership initiatives, and embrace a culture of CPD and innovation.
