    Contract Type: Fixed Term linked to additional pupil funding

    End Date / Duration: 31/08/2026

    Post 1: 27.50 hours per week – 08:45am – 2:45pm Monday – Friday TTO - Actual Salary £17,519 per annum

    Post 2: 30.00 hours per week – 8:45am – 3:15pm Monday to Friday TTO - Actual Salary £19,112 per annum

    Both posts are term time only plus 5 Training Days (INSET)

    The Governors and Principal of our school are seeking two talented and committed Teaching Assistants Level 2 (One to One SEND Support) to join our team.

    • The successful candidate will already have experience of working with children in a primary school setting and have:
    • QCF Level 2 Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools or equivalent qualification
    • GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 or above (or equivalent qualification)
    • Experience of working with children with SEN
    • Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech & language difficulties).
    • the skills to motivate, inspire and co-operate with their colleagues and children
    • ability to use their own initiative and have a positive attitude towards the school ethos as well as be adaptable in situations
    • excellent communication skills with children, staff, parents and the wider community
    • a strong commitment supporting children’s learning and good behaviour
    • a proven track record of good attendance
