Salary: Starting from £32,881 per annum depending on experience
Reporting Office: Stratford, London
Persona: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)
Working Pattern: Full-Time, 35 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Progression Coordinator to oversee the progression of London Living Rent, Intermediate Market Rent, and Rent to Buy properties. These schemes aim to provide affordable rental options and pathways to homeownership for residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of these rental schemes.
In this new role at L&Q we are looking for someone customer focused, self-motivated with an interest in the London property market.
Reporting to the Tenancy Progression Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a great new team supporting the customer journey for our tenants.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of the UK Lettings market
- Previous tenancy progression experience.
- Ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms.
- First class customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaboration skills and the ability to demonstrate stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Duties will include:
- Managing customer databases and ensuring it is kept up to date.
- Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements.
- Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries via phone and email.
- Supporting customer through the tenancy referencing process.
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements related to lettings are adhered to.
