Reporting Office: London, Stratford

Persona: Agile – 2 days working from home and 3 days to be worked from reporting office on a rota basis

Join our Tenancy Progression Team at L&Q:

We are seeking a Tenancy Progression Coordinator to oversee the progression of London Living Rent, Intermediate Market Rent, and Rent to Buy properties. These schemes aim to provide affordable rental options and pathways to homeownership for residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of these rental schemes.

In this new role at L&Q we are looking for someone who is customer focused, self-motivated and has a keen interest in the London property market.

Your impact in the role:

Reporting to the Tenancy Progression Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the customer journey for our tenants and will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer databases and ensuring they are kept up to date
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting customers through the tenancy referencing process
  • Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements related to lettings are adhered to

What you'll bring:

  • Knowledge of the London UK Lettings market
  • Previous tenancy progression experience with ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms
  • First class customer service skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate and build stakeholder relationships
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment with a track record of meeting deadlines
