Salary: £34,381 per annum to £37,570 per annum (London Weighted Salary) depending on experience
Reporting Office: Stratford, London
Working Pattern: 3 days working from the reporting office and 2 days working from home

Join our Tenancy Progression Team at L&Q:
We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Progression Coordinator to oversee the progression of London Living Rent, Intermediate Market Rent, and Rent to Buy properties. These schemes aim to provide affordable rental options and pathways to homeownership for residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of these rental schemes.
In this key role, we are looking for someone customer focused, self-motivated with an interest in the London property market.
Reporting to the Tenancy Progression Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a great new team supporting the customer journey for our tenants.

Your impact in the role:
Managing customer databases and ensuring they are kept up to date.
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements.
Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries via phone and email.
Supporting customer through the tenancy referencing process.
Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements related to lettings are adhered to.
What you'll bring:
Tenancy progression experience in a public or private sector organisation, with up-to-date knowledge of London Lettings market and legislation
Strong administration skills with keen attention to detail and ability to work to strict processes
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to respond to challenges with sound judgement and effective problem‑solving
Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships
Exceptional organisational skills with proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets
High level of numeracy and excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
