Title: Tenancy Progression Coordinator - PRS
Contract Type: 10 month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time, 35 hours a week
Salary starting from: £32,881 per annum (London weighted salary)
Grade: 06
Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

We are seeking a Tenancy Progression Coordinator to oversee the progression of PRS properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of these rental schemes.
In this role at Metra Living we are looking for someone who is customer focused, self-motivated and has a keen interest in the London property market.

Your impact in the role:
Reporting to the Voids Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the customer journey for our tenants and will be responsible for:
• Managing customer databases and ensuring they are kept up to date
• Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
• Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries via phone and email
• Supporting customers through the tenancy referencing process
• Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements related to lettings are adhered to
• Contributing to the end to end void process, supporting the Void maintenance team
What you'll bring:
• Knowledge of the London UK Lettings market and PRS
• Previous tenancy progression experience with ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms
• First class customer service skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate and build stakeholder relationships
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail, particularly in relation to compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment with a track record of meeting deadlines
