Developing Neighbourhood champions, the Tenant Group and developing our Menu of Choice, which outlines the variety of ways tenants can engage with us. The role will also reach out to other community agencies and services that can offer opportunities and resources for the tenants to engage to improve their individual or collective circumstances. There will be some evening work (mostly online / Teams) and very occasionally weekend work required.

We are a small team, that means that we need proactive and forward thinking colleagues that are looking to get the job done and done well. One of our Engaged Tenants will also be on the Interview Panel.
