Job summary
HM Land Registry have an exciting opportunity to join our Local Land Charges Programme Team where you will provide leadership, direction and support to a team of Administration Officers (AOs). You will deliver a key role within a £200 million Programme recognised under the Government Major Projects portfolio.
As the Technical Instructor you will be responsible for delivering high quality Migration Helper training, and ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to complete operational tasks to the expected standard across multiple Local Authorities (LAs). The role combines training delivery, stakeholder engagement, progress tracking, and hands on support during the lifecycle of the Local Authority task.

Job description
You will play a key role in maintaining training quality, monitoring learner progression, and supporting staff on improvement plans to ensure consistent, accurate and timely task completion.
Key Main Duties:
- Conduct in-person and virtual Migration Helper training sessions.
- Supporting on Local Authority specific tasks and upskilling sessions.
- Supporting the Training Manager in providing feedback to Line Managers.
- Supporting the team with bespoke intervention plans.
Person specification
The successful person will have experience of collating digital information from a wide range of sources and bringing this together accurately on a digital platform.They will demonstrate knowledge of digitisation and data transformation processes within a structured operational or programme environment and have a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all organisational levels.The role requires the ability to interpret and clearly explain complex instructions, supporting collaboration and shared outcomes. Please note you will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week in this post.
