Training Lead for Plymouth Health Determinants Research Collaboration (PHDRC)

22.2 hours per week, immediately available, initially fixed term until end of September 2027.

A small collaboration, hosted by the council but partnered with the community and the University of Plymouth is looking for a training and learning lead for its team.

This role will include developing exciting modules to support the inhouse management training course and also accrediting training for community researchers. The post is anticipated to be a mix of implementing strategy, actively developing mutual relationships with higher education, and developing and delivering programmes to meet highlighted research and enquiry needs, this will be a post suitable for people who like a variety of activity.

A subject matter expert is needed in learning and training, experience of working with higher education or within statutory organisations might be helpful but not essential, we are keen to hear from you, and how your current knowledge and experience would be just the fit for us!
