Special Schools located over three sites: Tunstall, Porthill and Fenton. We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Transition, Pathways and Careers

Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying a positive plan for each pupil through a bespoke careers curriculum. They will engage with parents, carers and the wider community to ensure children get meaningful experiences to prepare them for their post 16 plan.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewill

• Be confident in being able to plan, deliver and embed high‑quality careers education across the curriculum.
• Have the abilityto build and maintain effective links with external providers, local employers, colleges and training organisations.
• The commitment to work in a child-centered way in line with Beechfield’s ethos and values.
• Haveacleandrivinglicenseandaccesstoavehicle.

• Work in line with statutory safeguarding guidance (e.g. Keeping Children Safe in Education, Prevent) and our safeguarding and child protection policies

Promote the safeguarding of all pupils.
