Why this role matters

Our ability to fund investment in affordable housing depends on maintaining strong relationships with lenders and meeting covenant requirements. This role ensures we optimise property assets and maintain compliance, enabling L&Q to deliver its strategic objectives.

· Project manage professional advisors and lenders for property-related aspects of Treasury projects.

Key relationships:

· Internal: Finance and Legal colleagues and wider Group stakeholders.

Your work will ensure covenant compliance, optimise property assets, and support Treasury projects that strengthen L&Q’s financial resilience.

What you'll bring:

Essential:

· Practical experience leading property-related transactions (valuations, disposals, charging) within a Treasury or Finance team.

· Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

· Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Treasury and Finance systems.

Desirable:

· AMCT, RICS or equivalent qualification.

· Experience in the housing association sector.

· Familiarity with Assetcore and Salmon systems.
