We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Visitor Experience Manager to help lead and develop the visitor experience at Anglers Country Park. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the district's most popular visitor destinations, ensuring visitors receive a welcoming, engaging and high-quality experience.

Working as part of a job-share arrangement, you will collaborate closely with another Visitor Experience Manager to provide consistent leadership and operational oversight. Together, you will support the management of the visitor experience team, oversee front-of-house operations, deliver an engaging programme of events and activities, and help drive visitor satisfaction and income generation through retail and visitor services.

The role includes managing visitor feedback, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the visitor centre operates safely and efficiently. You will work with colleagues, community groups and stakeholders to continuously improve services and enhance the park's reputation as a welcoming destination for visitors.

We are seeking someone with experience in a customer-facing role within a visitor attraction, hospitality, leisure or similar environment. You will have strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, together with the ability to motivate others, manage competing priorities and identify opportunities for improvement.

This is a part-time position working 14 hours per week and requires flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and occasional evenings in line with operational requirements. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and committed to creating memorable experiences for visitors.
