    Join Us as a Waking Night Project Worker - Bridgewell

    27 hours per week - Permanent Contract - £18,153pa

    Do you want to make a real difference in people’s lives?
    We currently have an opportunity for a Waking Night Project Worker at our new scheme, Bridgewell, in Bracknell. Bridgewell is a warm and welcoming supported living service where we support adults with learning disabilities and social care needs.

    Key responsibilities as a Waking Night Project Worker:

    • Supporting vulnerable adults during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
    • Communicating effectively using various methods tailored to individual needs.
    • Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
    • Promoting independence and respecting the wishes of the people we support.
    • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly whilst ensuring the safety of the property
    • Offering emotional support as needed
    • Responding to and documenting any crisis events that may occur during the night
    • Administering medication if required and completing household tasks
    • Providing personal care support during the night when required, ensuring residents’ dignity, safety, and well-being are upheld

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.
    • A team-focused mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
    • A commitment to delivering excellent care and support.
    • An understanding of equality, diversity, and safeguarding principles.
    • Previous experience is helpful but not essential-we provide full training.

    We will support your development with a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
