    Position: Waking Night Project Worker
    Location: High Wycombe
    Salary: £18,153 per annum
    Hours: Part-time (27 hours per week)

    Join our compassionate team at Grove Gardens Flats, supporting adults with learning disabilities who live across 14 self-contained flats. You will help create an inclusive environment where residents feel respected, supported and able to stay safe and empowered throughout the night.

    The Role

    • Support vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing
    • Provide personal care when required, always upholding dignity
    • Offer emotional support and respond to any crises
    • Administer medication and complete light household tasks
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secure
    • Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs

    About You

    You are caring, reliable and able to work both independently and collaboratively. You bring strong communication skills, a person-centred approach and a commitment to inclusion and safeguarding. Experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
