    Position: Waking Night Project Worker
    Location: Drayton Parslow
    Salary: £18,153 per annum
    Hours: Part-time (27 hours per week)

    Join our team at The Roses, a warm and inclusive specialist autism service supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. Some residents may display challenging behaviour, and you will play a key role in keeping them safe, supported and empowered throughout the night.

    The Role

    • Support residents overnight, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort
    • Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
    • Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs
    • Respond to crises and offer emotional support
    • Complete household tasks, administer medication and maintain accurate records
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

    About You

    You are reliable, respectful and confident working independently while also being a strong team player. You adapt well to different needs and are committed to providing inclusive, person-centred support. Experience is helpful, but full training is provided.

    Please note that working weekends and bank holidays is required.

    A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
