    Position: Waking Night Project Worker
    Location: High Wycombe
    Salary: £24,204
    Hours: Full-time (36 hours per week)

    We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Project Workers to join our registered care home at Ashley Drive, supporting six individuals with learning disabilities, including people who are non-verbal or have physical disabilities.

    In this role, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team to help people live independent, fulfilling lives. Guided by compassion, inclusion and respect, you will:

    The Role

    • Support residents overnight, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort
    • Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
    • Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs
    • Respond to crises and offer emotional support
    • Complete household tasks, administer medication and maintain accurate records
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

    About You

    You are reliable, respectful and confident working independently while also being a strong team player. You adapt well to different needs and are committed to providing inclusive, person-centred support. Experience is helpful, but full training is provided.

    Please note that working weekends and bank holidays is required.

    For the right person, we would consider part time hours.

    Due to the location, a driver’s licence is preferred as public transport links are limited.
