Waking Night Project Worker - Bracknell
Salary: £12,102 | Hours: 18 per week

Join our caring team at Bridgewell, a warm supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. Overnight, you will help create a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where residents feel supported, understood and empowered.

The Role

• Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
• Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
• Administer medication and complete light household tasks
• Respond to emergencies and offer emotional support
• Maintain clear records and carry out safety checks
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

About You

You are reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive support. You work well both independently and in a team. Experience is helpful, but not essential - full training and the chance to gain a recognised qualification are provided.
