    Position: Waking Night Project Worker
    Location: Sandhurst
    Salary: £12,561 per annum/£13.42 per hour
    Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week) - 2 nights per week

    Join our caring team at Pennyfields, a warm supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. Working two nights per week, you will help create a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where residents feel supported, understood and empowered overnight.

    The Role

    • Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
    • Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
    • Administer medication and complete light household tasks
    • Respond to emergencies and offer emotional support
    • Maintain clear records and carry out safety checks
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

    About You

    You are reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive support. You work well both independently and in a team. Experience is helpful, but not essential - full training and the chance to gain a recognised qualification are provided.
