Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker
Starting Salary: £24,790 progressing to £27,269 + time and a third for working between 10pm and 7am, plus 6% MUSHA payment for weekend working - per annum (pro rata for part time) – pay award pending

About the team

Cassio Metro is a supported living service. Supporting people to live independently in their own homes.

People we support have a dual diagnosis of learning disabilities and mental health issues. They can display behaviours of concern and need emotional support to manage their everyday lives.

About the role

Working in peoples’ own homes in Cassio Metro, to support them with:

  • Meeting their basic daily needs and achieving their goals
  • Personal hygiene, eating and drinking
  • Keeping their homes clean
  • Managing their money
  • Taking their medication
  • Attending health appointments
  • Joining in with social and leisure activities at home and in their local community
  • Updating paperwork

About you

Essential:

  • Hold or working towards Level 2 HSC award (NVQ/RQF/apprenticeship)
  • ICT skills
  • Experience of providing direct support and reviewing support plans
  • Experience Leading and coordinating shifts on a regular basis
  • Experience supervising junior staff
