The Governors are seeking to appoint a Welfare Assistant (Lunchtime Assistant) &nbsp;to work over the mid-day break, as required.&nbsp; They wish to appoint an enthusiastic and caring person who will join our successful team.
Previous experience of working with primary aged children would be advantageous.&nbsp; You must be able to demonstrate initiative and be flexible to change.&nbsp; You should have the ability to encourage purposeful play and encourage high standards of behaviour during lunchtimes and be willing to organise play activities during children's lunchtimes..
