Do you have a passion for supporting young people? We are looking for a Welfare Officer to join our Raising Standards Team. You will be at the heart of our student support system, providing a proactive voice for student well-being and building strong, supportive bridges between home and school.

Responsibilities include maintaining student care plans and managing medical storage. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about removing barriers to education; you will work to resolve health and pastoral issues so that students can focus on what matters most: learning.

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our school community, supporting both the academic and personal growth of our students. From assisting the encouraging of excellent attendance and punctuality, you will be a key point of contact for families and ensuring the Welfare Office is always available, your presence will be vital in creating a supportive environment for every learner.
