Come and find out about the flexible care roles in York, through WorkwithYork, on Tuesday 6th October 2026 from 10.30am to 2.30pm in the customer foyer at West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GA.

Below are some of the current roles we are recruiting;

Young Person’s Support Workers – supporting a non-verbal young person with autism and challenging behaviours, on a 2:1 basis in York. Core hours are 3.30pm – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-8pm on weekends on a 4 week rota. Additional hours will be available in school holidays. Hourly pay ranges from £17.78 to £19.41 depending on experience, with additional allowances for evening and weekend work.

Adult Community Night Care Workers – full time, up to 5 shifts a week, any of the 7 days a week. 9.15pm to 7am. Immediate start for our client based around York. The rate of pay is between £15.75 to 17.19 per hour.

Adult Care Workers (Sheltered Housing) – Full time hours over a variety of shifts, days, and weekends in York. Immediate start. The rate of pay is between £13.86 to £16.33 per hour.
