This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to join our school team as a Wraparound Care Leader, overseeing our Breakfast and After School Club provision.
Our school values of Commitment, Courage and Love sit at the heart of everything we do and support us in Enabling all to Flourish. It is an exciting time for our school community as we embark on a partnership with another local primary school – St Mary’s.
St. Paul’s is a one-form entry school on the outskirts of Kingston, with a passion for promoting a love of learning and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Both our most recent Ofsted and SIAMS visits highlighted that St. Paul’s has a strong community feel, where staff feel valued.

- Energy, enthusiasm, and a creative approach to play-based learning
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or a firm commitment to undertake Level 3 training)
- Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- Ideally, current First Aid and Food Hygiene training
- Ideally Level 3 Safeguarding training (or a firm commitment to undertake this)
We can offer:
- Well-behaved, motivated, and enthusiastic pupils
- A supportive and encouraging team of staff who share best practice
- CPD opportunities and a friendly working environment
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the wraparound care provision (Breakfast and After School Club), including directing the team of staff
- Take on the role of Deputy DSL alongside the Headteacher
- Plan and deliver a range of engaging, safe, and inclusive activities for pupils
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in the club, including food preparation
