What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to be
• Leading fun, engaging activities—from crafts and games to outdoor adventures and themed sessions
• Supporting structured play that encourages confidence, teamwork, and imagination
• Working collaboratively with a team that genuinely enjoys what they do
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
