Hours: Full Time (5 days per week)
Salary: Teachers Main Scale Points 1-6 or Upper Pay Scale, depending on experience, Plus TLR 2B £5,171 for lead responsibility
Contract: Fixed Term Maternity Cover / possibility of a permanent position
Start Date: Possible start date January 2027 / February half term 2027
Rise Park Academies consists of a separate Nursery, Infant and Junior School with 3 forms of entry. The schools share a school site and work closely together. About the Role:
- You will receive weekly leadership time.
- To act as ‘Year Group Leader’ with day to day responsibilities for the quality and consistency of provision, standards and achievement in the year group and for making sure that the teaching and learning priorities of the school improvement plan are reflected in the work of the year group staff.
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the school's continued development and play a major part in our future success.
- To carry out associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Executive Headteacher.
