We have a great opportunity for a Youth Employment Hub Coordinato. This full-time position is available on a 12-month fixed-term contract or secondment basis.

About you…

Are you passionate about helping young people succeed? Could you work collaboratively across organisations to achieve the best education, employment and training outcomes for 16 - 24 year olds? We are looking for a motivated and organised person to lead our new Youth Employment Hub, coordinating partners and inspiring young people to achieve their goals.

About the team…

You will join our friendly team, based at the Open Learning Centre alongside the Bracknell Skills Hub and Jobcentre Plus colleagues. You will report to our Economic Development team. It is a collaborative, community-focused team where we work together to remove barriers, create opportunities and make a lasting difference to young people’s futures.

Key responsibilities…

• Lead the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the Youth Employment Hub.
• Line manage the Support Worker and oversee referrals and caseloads.
• Build partnerships with DWP Job Coaches, employers and training providers.
• Assess barriers to employment and support young people through tailored action plans.
• Promote youth voice, inclusion and continuous service improvement.
