This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to relationship-based practice and trauma-informed approaches, working with some of the most vulnerable young people in our community to make lasting, positive change.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record within Youth Justice, or related fields, with experience of undertaking holistic assessments and creating bespoke plans for young people and their families. Candidates will have a sound understanding of risk assessment, case management and ensure the victim’s voice informs their approach. You’ll and be confident working in fast-paced, complex environments. You will be familiar with the Child First agenda and implement this within your day-to-day practice. You will be willing to work flexibly including being part of a weekend rota and working evenings as the job requires.
