This role is term-time only, meaning the working weeks align with the school term and include periods of non-working during school holidays.\nThe Careers Lead and Transition Coach will be responsible for leading and delivering a high-quality careers programme across the school, ensuring it meets the Gatsby Benchmarks. This includes working as part of the Multiagency Specialist Taskforce to: \n<ul>\n<li>Work together with young people attending the school, their families and professionals from across education and other involved agencies to develop and implement support plans for young people attending the school which will assist them in progressing within their educational journeys.</li>\n<li>Support Year 11 students to make applications and successfully progress into post 16 education and training placements.
